Our story begins when Revolutionary War Veteran Levi Ellis built his home — now our front entrance and the Ellis Room. Silvio's Villa adds more than 75 years of culinary tradition, bringing authentic Italian cuisine and family recipes from the warm shores of the Mediterranean.
